    Shock decal location 70 LT1

Can someone post a correct location of the front and rear shock 2 letter decal for standard suspension on a 70 LT1. Thanks.

    James,

The correct location is where the judges can best see it. This answer is given only partly in jest.
Generally they are about 1/3 to 1/2 the way down on the upper portion of the shock. It varies because, as you can understand, the person at ACDelco putting ID labels on the shock likely was not their best worker.

JIm, There was no real exact placement for the decals, Since you'll trying to make them correct just place them where the judges can see them. the rear shocks I believe were on the upper part of shock.
