C2 Reproduction Window Regulators

Has anyone used these? Any problems? Its for a manual window on a roadster. I just need a left but you have to buy both it appears.

Hi Stewart, I had a LH one in my 64 Coupe, it loosened up with a lot of play after a year. The peened over retaining studs had loosened up, permitting too much slop. I drilled them out and tapped in 1/4 20 bolts, worked fine. I eventually procured an NOS one, same problem with loosening of the peened studs. Installed bolts in it too. Be prepared to test and correct anything you buy for best results.

I had to replace the left regulator on my 1966 also. I bought the pair from Long Island Corvette supply. It was replaced 2 years ago and has been working fine
