I need a little help with my memory and education. For the standard brakes on a 1957 C-1 it is my belief that the Delco wheel cylinders casting numbers are 5453821 / 5453822 (front) and 5450649 (rear). I have it in my memory that on the 821 / 822 cylinders there were two sizes of male hose threads - 7/16 or 3/8 with 7/16 being correct for a Corvette. Were there different sizes of male brake line threads on the 649 cylinders? If so what is the correct size? Were there any other differences to note on these three cylinders? Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
