    Re: Larry Richter

I met Larry back in 1991 at the SACE (now SACC) national convention in Springfield Ill. Larry was a board member then. He was a great help to me in answering my questions on the '61 I had recently purchased. Later, when I bought my '57, he gave me some good advice on restoration. He was a great Corvette enthusiast and a very friendly, helpful guy.
    My condolences to his family.

I also met Larry back in 1998 when I started my learning process with the C1 car's. Larry was a big help in helping me understand what to look for when purchasing a car and going forward for Flight judging and more. He was that kind of guy that would invite you to his home and show you his proud collection of car's and other automobile product's. Larry was that tall guy that you could see roaming about at most of the NCRS event's and was always enjoyable to visit with. Thank you Larry for showing My wife and I the fun with this wonderful club.

I met Larry at the 1981 NCRS Natl in St. Louis, and he drove his car there from WA. And I have always REALLY liked Larry. God speed and RIP Larry.
