    Radio and speakers

Hello folks, I have a 69 coupe with the stereo option. When turning on the radio, only the right speaker will work, regardless if the stereo light comes on. Do you think it is worth my while to purchase a set of new speakers and try them before pulling the radio? Zip products offer an OE style that is an upgrade and look attractive.
    thanks, Ray

It may not be the speakers, but that would be the easiest fix. The seperation knob on the stereo could be bad if you cannot toggle between speakers. There is also the possibility the left speaker channel in the final stereo audio output behind the passenger's side dash is out.

Have you checked to ensure everything is plugged up well?
