Okay I went to install my parking brake lever on my frame (number 2 crossmember) and I'm confused (easy done to me). The AIM shows the bushing going bottom to top (flat of bushing on the bottom of the welded on bracket) and the lever on top of the welded on bracket, now the bolt kit from LIC has a bolt washer and aircraft nut. So should the bushing go the way the AIM shows it or reversed as to give a space for the lever to ride on? Option 2: Do the assembly like the AIM but put the LIC washer between the welded on bracket and lever (the washer is not shown in the AIM) Option 3: Do the assembly like the AIM but put the washer on top the lever underneath the bolt head (again the washer isn't shown at all in the AIM)???? Also is an aircraft nut correct or was some other kind of nut used? Sincerely Brian
