    1960 radiator support brackets

    Aluminum 290 hp radiator brackets which attach radiator to radiator support: Are they bare aluminum finish or painted black? I also have small clips on radiator cap side bracket, one with a number 3 and another with a D B on a clip. Clips are metal and black paint under clips. Reason for clips? THX
