    Stock axle ratio on 84 auto

    I am being told in 1984 only the manual shift Corvette came with 3.07 gears that the automatic had 2.73. My 84 is and automatic and my build sheet says my car has a .307 axle ratio. The only axle option I see in the Corvette black book is G92 what ever that is. My build sheet show HE3 under what appears to be standard equiment. Can anyone explain?

      According to my '84 Sales brochure, 2.73 was stabdard by 3.07 available as optional in '84
