Well, the air cleaner should be easy. Use an AC 824C air cleaner. These are available from Delco dealers under that part number or GM dealers under GM #25041646. I believe that the currently available configuration is the same, or nearly the same, as original.
The oil filter might be difficult. I believe that your engine may have originally used an AC-PF-25 that was painted black with a black on silver printed label. This style AC-PF-25 was never sold in SERVICE; it was a PRODUCTION-only piece. You could easily paint a current AC PF-25, but getting the label would be difficult. Otherwise, you could assume that your engine was supplied with a period-correct, SERVICE-type AC PF-25 filter. This filter may have been used in PRODUCTION, too. This filter would have been painted medium blue with a rectangular PAPER label with blue background. These filters are still around; you should be able to find one easily at swap meets.
The gas cap will be a lot more difficult. The cap originally used on your 82 was of GM #22510715. It's been discontinued for a long while and replacements are configured differently. But, that's the part number that you're looking for.
