How do you fix a warped rear window storage tray

The storage tray on my 69 is sagged a bit. The rear is bowed down in the center about 1 1/2" or so and the front is bowed up about an inch where the latch holds it up.

What would be the best way to un-warp this and return it to the way it should be?

I thought of steaming the heck out of it or misting it with water to make it workable and then supporting it under weights to flatten it out untill it dried. Does anyone know if this will work?

I'd like to know if this is the best approach before I do something stupid and end up having to look on ebay for a replacment.

    Thanks
