Gary---- I've done a little more research and I think that I can now fill in one more piece of the 63-79 rear spring puzzle. I have confirmed that leaf spring part number 3794095 was a 9 leaf spring which had ALL leafs arched. As I mentioned previously, this spring was used on 1963 and 1964 Corvettes with standard suspension.
