71/350 - Bolt size intake thermostat housing?

Anyone, I just was able to get most of my broken bolts out from the water intake (bolts broke off when changing neck that was leaking). I want to try and re-tap out the remainder of the Bolt material left but do not know the size of the threads.

Anyone know what is the bolt thread info on these two bolts?

3/8-16 is the thread size for the thermostat housing bolts.

I will start taping out the old bolt tonight. I should be up and running next week.
