1968 Transistor Ignition Amp

The Judging manual says that for all of 1968, the K66 Transistor Ignition amp is part number 1115005. I've read that in January of 1968 GM starting producing part number 1115343 (which is listed for the 1969 models). As my 1968 L71 was built in early August 1968, which one of these amps would the correct one for judging? Is the judging guide correct that they are looking for the 005 for all 1968'?
