I just received notification from NCRS that additional information had been located on my car. Zone 16 dealer 676 has now been revealed as Scarborough Chevrolet of Statesville, North Carolina. The dealership is still in existence under a different name and there is an interesting historical account of the dealership on the website. My car is undocumented so I am very pleased to have this information. My thanks to NCRS for providing this information at a very reasonable price.
